Specialized Manufacturing

We specialize in producing components from titanium alloys such as AMS 4928 & AMS 4911 (Ti-6Al-4V) and superalloys including Waspaloy, Inconel, and others. Our capabilities include titanium forging up to 2 kg and additive manufacturing (LSF & SLM) up to 1100 mm in diameter, achieving mechanical properties superior to conventional forging. These advanced processes are key offerings of our company.

At our company, we offer a variety of ribbons for producing honeycombs in different sizes, enabling the fabrication of custom cell sizes with high precision. Our material range—including aluminum alloys, titanium, nickel-based alloys, and more—reflects our capability to deliver fully customized solutions.

Lightweight Industrial Sandwich Panels

The production of ultra-lightweight industrial sandwich panels using resistance welding technology is one of Aria Tolid Fartak’s proud achievements and a specialized technology applied in this industry.

At Aria Tolid Fartak, by leveraging modern engineering sciences, advanced CAD/CAM technologies, and robotic capabilities, we are able to perform laser cutting of both simple and complex geometries on a wide range of surfaces, applicable to all industrial alloys.

By utilizing one of the world’s most advanced welding power sources, Fronius, combined with specialized expertise, we are capable of performing Class A quality TIG welding in accordance with standards such as AWS D17.1 and ASME, among others.

We provide robotic fiber laser welding of exceptional quality on special superalloys, Grade 5 titanium, stainless steel, and carbon steel.

Laser Drilling with both simple and complex hole patterns is among the capabilities of Aria Tolid Fartak. This process can be performed on delicate materials up to 1 mm thickness, on rotational surfaces up to 3 m in diameter with high rotational accuracy, as well as on large or flat components up to 3.5 m in length.

Seam Welding (Robotic & Manual)

Robotic and manual seam welding, as a type of resistance welding, has been successfully implemented and put into operation at Aria Tolid Fartak.

By leveraging state-of-the-art technologies, we have achieved high production accuracy along with flexible welding paths in this resistance welding process.

On industrial alloys, particularly Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium, we perform both small- and large-scale production for components up to dimensions of X = 800 mm, Y = 1200 mm, Z = 800 mm.

Semi-Precision Wire EDM Services

Aria Tolid Fartak proudly offers semi-precision wire EDM services to enhance the quality and accuracy of component manufacturing. This capability allows us to meet customer requirements and provide services that comply with the latest international standards. Consequently, we can deliver these services for projects of any scale or complexity.

Manufacturing of Internal Components for Tanks and Distillation Columns

We produce internal components such as Dome Washers, Clamps, and Valve Trays for tanks and distillation columns.

Manufacturing of Demisters and Mist Eliminators

We produce a variety of demister pads, mist eliminators, bed limiters, and vane packs in both metal and non-metal materials, including various grades of stainless steel and polypropylene (P.P.).

Manufacturing of Random Packing for Separation Columns

Surface Finishing and Polishing

At Aria Tolid Fartak, recognizing the importance of surface smoothness and its impact on component quality, we have developed the capability to enhance surface finish and polish without reducing material thickness. This process effectively removes tool marks on components ranging from 1 g to 200 kg, depending on the part’s geometry and material.

Chemical Cleaning and Surface Thinning

At Aria Tolid Fartak Engineering Company, we have the capability to perform chemical cleaning on Grade 5 titanium and chemical thickness reduction for components up to 1 × 1 × 1 m.
